Cancellation Policy
At Marlux Aesthetics & Rejuvenating Medicine, LLC, we prioritize exceptional service and seamless scheduling. By signing, you accept the following terms: Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled treatment cost. No-Show Fee: A 100% fee applies for missed appointments without prior notice. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and incur a late cancellation fee. Refund Policy Non-Refundable Services: All treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels, are non-refundable once provided. Dissatisfaction Concerns: Contact us within 7 days if unsatisfied with your results. Complimentary touch-ups or adjustments may be offered at the practitioner's discretion. Deposits & Packages: Deposits for treatments or packages are non-refundable. Cancelled pre-paid services may be credited toward future treatments, less applicable cancellation fees. Financial Payment Agreement Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. Deposits: Some services or packages require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the treatment cost. Late Payments: Unpaid balances may result in late fees, service delays, or rescheduling. Multiple Services: Payment for multiple treatments is due during the initial appointment unless other arrangements are made.
