1. What treatments do you offer at Marlux Aesthetics & Rejuvenating Medicine? We offer a variety of personalized aesthetic treatments, including:

    2. How do I book an appointment? You can book an appointment directly through our website by selecting the treatment you'd like to schedule. You can also contact us via phone or email for assistance with booking.

     

    3. What can I expect during my first consultation? During your consultation, we'll discuss your aesthetic goals and determine which treatments are right for you. You'll also receive detailed pre-treatment instructions, and we’ll answer any questions you may have. Consultation appointments are complimentary.

     

    4. Are the treatments painful? Most of our treatments are minimally invasive, and pain is typically minimal. For neurotoxins and dermal fillers, the area will be numbed with a topical anesthetic, and for laser treatments, we use cooling techniques to ensure comfort. Some mild discomfort or a feeling of pressure may occur, but it usually subsides quickly.

     

    5. How long do the results last?

  • Neurotoxin treatments: Results typically last 3-4 months, depending on the individual.

  • Dermal Fillers: Depending on the product and treatment area, results last from 6 months to 2 years.

  • Laser Tattoo Removal: Results vary based on the tattoo’s size, color, and location, with several sessions required for complete removal.

  • Carbon Laser Peel: Results are visible immediately but improve over the next few days; maintenance treatments may be required for long-term results.

    6. Do I need to follow any special instructions before or after my treatment? Yes, each treatment comes with specific pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions. For example:

  • Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, or intense sun exposure before treatments.

  • After treatment, you should avoid touching the treated area, apply ice if necessary, and refrain from strenuous activities.

  • You'll receive these instructions via email as part of our pre-treatment and post-treatment care, and we’ll discuss any additional aftercare needs during your appointment.

     

    7. How much do your treatments cost? Our pricing varies depending on the type of treatment:

  • Neurotoxin: $10-$12 per unit

  • Dermal Fillers: $250-$400 per syringe, depending on the product

  • Laser Tattoo Removal: $75-$800 per session, depending on the size of the tattoo

  • Carbon Laser Peel: $325 per treatment

  • We also offer various promotional packages and discounts. Please contact us for a customized quote based on your needs.

     

    8. Can I combine treatments? Yes, many clients choose to combine treatments for enhanced results. For example, you can combine neurotoxin with dermal fillers for a more complete rejuvenation. We’ll help you choose the right combination based on your goals and skin type.

     

    9. Are your treatments safe? Yes, all our treatments are FDA-approved and performed by a trained and experienced practitioner. We prioritize safety, and your well-being is our top concern. We use the latest technology and techniques to ensure the best possible results with minimal downtime.

     

    10. Do you offer concierge services? Yes, we offer concierge services for all treatments except laser procedures. This means we can bring the service to your location, making your experience even more convenient and personalized.

     

    11. Will I need to take time off work after my treatment? Most treatments require little to no downtime. After neurotoxin or dermal filler injections, you can typically return to work immediately, though you should avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours. Laser treatments may cause mild redness or swelling, but these side effects generally resolve within a few days.

     

    12. What is your cancellation policy? We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

     

    13. What should I do if I experience side effects after treatment? Side effects are usually minimal and temporary. If you experience any unusual or prolonged side effects such as excessive swelling, redness, or pain, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

     

    14. Can I bring a friend to my appointment? We welcome you to bring a friend or family member to your appointment if you wish. However, we do ask that you limit the number of guests for the comfort of all clients in the clinic.

     

    15. Do you offer financing options? At this time, we do not offer in-house financing, but we work with third-party financing companies that can provide flexible payment plans. Please contact us for more information.
